Return Policy (Online Purchase
1 – Store Purchase:
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2 – Online Purchase:
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date the product(s) are received for orders placed on the Juragan website (www.juraganmy.com)
3 – Only exchanges for defective items or size exchanges are permitted, subject to stock availability.
4 – Colour exchanges are not allowed.
5 – Requests for defective item exchanges or size exchanges will only be processed if notified within seven (7) working days upon delivery.
6 – For size exchange requests, customers are required to bear both the return pickup fee and the re-delivery postage fee.
7 – For defective item exchanges, both the return pickup fee and re-delivery postage fee will be covered by us.
8 – Product(s) are eligible for exchange only if returned in new and original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label attached and in the original packaging.
9 – Product(s) sold at marked-down prices due to defect(s) are not eligible for return.
10 – Juragan reserves the right to reject return and/or refund requests where:
(i) such requests are considered habitual at our sole and absolute discretion; and/or
(ii) there is suspicion that the purchase was made for resale purposes.
11 – Juragan reserves the right to make the final decision.
12 – Juragan reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
Return & Exchange (Official Boutique)
(i) Visit any official Juragan HQ boutique.
(ii) Return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase.
(iii) Present the original invoice/purchase receipt together with the product(s) in original packaging, including price tags and labels.
(iv) Queue at the cashier counter to request an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Why was my return rejected and sent back to me?
Returns may be rejected under the following circumstances:
(i) The return exceeds seven (7) days from the date the product(s) were received.
(ii) The Return Form is missing or incomplete.
(iii) The original product packaging, price tag, or label is missing.
(iv) The invoice or #ORDER NO is not included in the return parcel.
(v) The product is not in new and original condition (appears used or washed).
What is the return & exchange validity period?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive the order.
Example: If the parcel was received on May 1st, requests will be accepted until May 7th.
If the request exceeds the 7-day period, Juragan reserves the right to reject the return or exchange.
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Product(s) sold at marked-down prices due to defect(s) are not eligible for return.
Do you accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt?
In accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, a Juragan receipt/invoice must be presented for all refunds and exchanges.
